Please note that everything but BNB in the Binance Smart Chain network is a BEP20 token, so you need to look up each specific token's Smart Contract Address and add it in the Tokens tab in order to be able to see the available balance of those tokens that you have in your MetaMask wallet address.
If you go to BSCscan https://bscscan.com/ , enter your Ethereum address, and then you go to the 'BEP-20 Token Txns' tab, you can see the name of the token received on the right side of the table under Token. If you click that name it takes you to that specific token's page and you can see the Contract Address on the right side above the Decimals and other details.
Look at the instructions on how to add the Smart Contract Address for the token you want to MetaMask here:https://metamask.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015489031
