Sometimes you might see a yellow exclamation mark appeared when checking the token balances in your MetaMask.
When you move your mouse over on it, it will pop up a message "We had trouble loading your token balances." with a link to Etherscan.
In this case, we would recommend the user reset the account:
- Click the account icon on the top-right corner of Metamask
- Select "Settings"
- Select "Advanced"
- Scroll down and click Reset Account
BE SURE TO SECURELY SAVE YOUR PASSWORD, Seed Phrase / Secret Recovery Phrase, AND PRIVATE KEYS(Imported accounts) BEFORE RESETTING.
