In order to check your wallet on etherscan.io explorer please copy and paste your wallet's public address that you can find following these instructions
After you have your address copied please paste it in the search field on etherscan.io:
Click on the Search icon or hit Enter on the keyboard. You will then be redirected to your wallet's activity page where you can see your balance and all the transactions associated with this wallet's account address.
Please verify your account on the Etherscan explorer before submitting a ticket. When you submit a support ticket please provide as many details as possible, including your wallet's public address and the transaction URL from the explorer that you are searching on. Note that different networks have different explorers. For example, you can check your address for Binance Smart Chain on https://bscscan.com/
